Position

Asst. Manager/Manager Corporate Marketing & Sales / B2B Sales

Compensation

₹4.8 L PA – ₹6 LPA (₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month), depending on experience and performance.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales professional to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client

relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Tele-calling, Pre-sales,

Conversions.

Candidates with prior experience in corporate sales are encouraged to apply. Experience in the media,

advertising, publishing, or B2B sales-related industries will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.

Understand client requirements and propose customized media and branding solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Required Qualifications

A master's degree (MBA) is mandatory, preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or

a related field.

Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management. Min

1-3 years of experience in corporate sales.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn
