Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join Zzeeh Productions Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth for the company.

The role requires someone who can understand client requirements, pitch creative event solutions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to event execution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the corporate events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, marketing teams, admin teams, and brand managers.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, references, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal creative, production, and operations teams to create suitable proposals.
  • Prepare and present pitches, quotations, and event concepts to clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
  • Develop and grow key accounts for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated after closure.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and corporate event opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or client servicing.
  • Prior experience in event management, exhibitions, brand activations, or experiential marketing is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
  • Good understanding of corporate client requirements and professional business communication.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Bengaluru corporate market will be an added advantage.
