Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate/Senior Institutional Business Manager to lead business development and relationship management efforts with Institutional clients, UHNI and HNI. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in B2B selling. Prior experience in corporate, institutional, and HNI/private client sales will be an added advantage, preferably in mutual funds, PMS, or other investment products. The Ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our PMS offerings to a sophisticated client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote PMS products to corporates, family offices, treasuries, institutional investors, HNIs and UHNIs.
- Leverage existing relationships in the mutual fund space to cross-sell PMS offerings.
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with institutional clients to achieve long-term partnership goals.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations, portfolio reviews, and investment proposals.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor products, and regulatory developments to position offerings effectively.
- Collaborate with the investment and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client objectives.
- Maintain accurate client interaction records and track pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Drive revenue growth and contribute to the firm's overall AUM and profitability targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales. Prior experience in corporate, institutional, and HNI/private client sales will be an added advantage, preferably in mutual funds, PMS, or other investment products.
- Demonstrated success in managing institutional client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and client-focused mindset.
