Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Manager role located in Chennai. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating leads, driving sales growth, and overseeing sales operations. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering tailored IT solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective account management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive corporate / enterprise sales for IT solutions and services
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing corporate clients
  • Identify new corporate accounts and onboard high-value clients
  • Develop account strategies to maximize revenue and client lifetime value
  • Handle client meetings, requirement gathering, and solution pitching
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
  • Track client engagement, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Sales
  • Strong experience in handling enterprise or corporate clients
  • Existing network/database of corporate clients is a major advantage
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Understanding of IT solutions (Networking, Cloud, Security, Infrastructure)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to drive revenue growth and identify business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations to streamline processes and ensure efficient sales performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed quotas
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in IT infrastructure or technology sales is a strong advantage
