Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify corporate leads through LinkedIn, online research, databases, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
Contact decision-makers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and discovery calls with prospective clients.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable solutions and services.
Prepare proposals, quotations, business presentations, and commercial agreements.
Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions and close sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, lead generation, and revenue targets.
Identify partnership opportunities and strategic collaborations.
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing, technical, and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
Good understanding of B2B sales processes and corporate client engagement.
Confidence in outbound calling, cold outreach, and lead nurturing.
Ability to conduct professional presentations and business discussions.
Knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and business communication platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may apply.
Prior experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, IT Services Sales, SaaS Sales, or Marketing will be preferred.
