Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling for the collection and recovery process.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate call records and updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Freshers with HSC or a graduate qualification can apply.
- Good communication skills required.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
