Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and ambitious Corporate Sales Executives who are eager to build their career in the Travel and Insurance sector. This role is ideal for MBA graduates who enjoy client interaction, business development, and closing corporate deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to generate corporate leads
- Identify and connect with corporate decision-makers (HR, Admin, Finance, Procurement)
- Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with corporate clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable travel and insurance solutions
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate accounts
- Maintain strong relationships for repeat and long-term business
- Update sales data and client interactions regularly
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA mandatory (Marketing / Sales / Business preferred)
- 03 year of experience (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills with strong command over English
- Confident, presentable, and result-oriented personality
- Comfortable with cold calling and field meetings
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
