Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Cycle Management:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, meetings, and closure.
  • Target-Oriented Approach:
  • Be result-oriented with the aspiration and ambition to learn and excel in sales.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, logically, and concisely.
  • Professional Appearance:
  • Maintain a well-groomed and business-like appearance at all times.
  • Corporate Sales Expertise:
  • Experience in corporate sales such as MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and events.
  • Reporting:
  • Report to the Branch Manager or Regional Manager as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
  • Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in the local/regional language as per the market.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, with specific expertise in MICE and conference sales.
