Bandhan Sweets is looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Executive to drive B2B and bulk sales in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on building strong corporate relationships and generating consistent revenue through bulk sweet orders, festive gifting, and customized hampers.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for identifying and closing corporate clients, managing key accounts, and driving repeat business through relationship building and strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close corporate sales opportunities (B2B)
- Build relationships with HR, Admin, and Procurement teams
- Drive bulk orders for festivals, events, and corporate gifting
- Source leads through networking, references, and outreach
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales
- Strong network within Ahmedabad corporate ecosystem
- Experience in FMCG, gifting, hospitality, or F&B preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Compensation:
- Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives
