Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager – Industrial Sales (Elevator / Lift Manufacturing)

Location: Odhav

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Director / Head of Sales

Role Overview

Drive B2B sales of elevators/lifts across industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and end-to-end project sales, ensuring revenue growth and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and generate leads through builders, contractors, architects, and consultants

• Develop new business opportunities in industrial & real estate sectors

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Sales Execution

• Manage complete sales cycle (lead → negotiation → closure)

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders

• Handle price negotiations and contract finalization

Client Management

• Build long-term relationships with:

• Developers

• Industrial clients

• Consultants / PMCs

• Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction

Technical Coordination

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable lift solutions

• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams

• Ensure smooth project handover post-sales

Market Insights

• Track competitor activity and pricing trends

• Identify new market opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Business preferred)

• 5–10 years in industrial/project sales

• Experience in elevator/lift, construction, or heavy equipment industry preferred
