We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage both inbound retailer queries and outbound business development.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, retailer relationships, and operations, and plays a key part in expanding our B2B network while delivering a seamless partner experience.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Retailer Management
Act as the primary point of contact for retailers and B2B partners
Handle queries related to orders, pricing, schemes, invoices, and returns
Ensure timely resolution by coordinating with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance)
Maintain high responsiveness across phone, WhatsApp, and email
Track and manage all open queries to ensure zero escalations
Outbound Sales & Business Development
Drive outbound calling to onboard new retailers and partners
Build a strong pipeline across toy stores, gifting stores, school networks, and more
Re-engage inactive retailers with relevant offers and updates
Present product portfolio and trade schemes effectively over calls
Achieve monthly targets on calls, onboarding, and revenue
Insights & Reporting
Capture feedback from retailers on pricing, demand, and competition
Maintain accurate call logs and pipeline in CRM / Excel
Share actionable insights with internal teams
Who We're Looking For
Experience
2–4 years in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales
Experience in D2C, FMCG, or consumer brands is a plus
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Skills
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
Confident in high-volume calling and sales conversations
Customer-first approach with problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and manage both sales & servicing
Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
