Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement corporate policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Support strategic planning, business development, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Monitor corporate performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day corporate operations, including administration, compliance, and documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate projects.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, statutory regulations, and legal requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support internal audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between senior management, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare corporate reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Foster effective internal communication and employee engagement.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage corporate teams to achieve departmental objectives.
- Support talent development, performance evaluations, and resource planning.
- Promote a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in corporate management, administration, or business operations.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, policies, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in corporate reporting, MS Office, and ERP tools.
