Designation: Corporate Legal - Senior Manager/AVP

Location: Mumbai

Expereince: 10+ years

Role & Responsibilities:

-Treasury documents include agreements with investment bankers, trust deeds, NCD documents, facility paperwork with banks, and letters of intent from rating agencies.

-Contract management includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating joint venture and non-IT contracts with vendors. Collaboration contracts with banks, lead aggregators, investment agreements, tie-up agreements with coaches and players, advertising/sponsorship agreements, social media management agreements, brand management agreements, co-lending agreements, digital lending agreements, insurance corporate agency agreements, SaaS agreements, service/software agreements, lease/leave and license agreements for branches and premises, experience executing agreements in different states with local teams consultation in accordance with the State Stamp Act and Indian Registration Act.

-Keep up of developments regarding the Data Protection Act, digital lending, colending, RBI guidelines, domestic and international Treasury laws, outsourcing, and portfolio assignment agreements. IRDA Guidelines, revisions to laws and regulations, and information sharing with the legal team and other interested parties. RBI, NHB, and internal regulations, and create rules and processes to ensure that such contracts are carried out smoothly.

-Coordination with internal teams and external lawyers: Interpersonal skills are necessary when working closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Administration, and Finance. Lead and finish the transaction within the allotted turnaround time (TAT) by efficiently coordinating with different outside law firms and solicitor companies.
