Job Requirement:
- LL.B. degree with up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and practical execution of deals
- Legal professional with 814 years of experience in corporate and transactional law
- Independently handled M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and strategic investments across industries
- Strong advisory background in corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and sector-specific regulations
- Expertise in Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SEBI & AIF regulations, RBI guidelines, and Competition Act
- Skilled in leading negotiations, managing transactions end-to-end, and providing strategic, business-oriented legal advice
- Known for delivering high-quality work under tight timelines with strong commercial acumen
