This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Lawyer. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing legal risks. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, advising on corporate legal matters, negotiating contracts, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

• Experience in providing legal advice and conducting legal research
• Skills in drafting and reviewing contracts
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal risk management
• Strong negotiation and representation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the construction or home building industry is a plus
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
