Corporate Lawyer

This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Lawyer. The Corporate Lawyer will provide legal consultation, draft and negotiate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and support corporate governance initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing legal risks, advising on business transactions, resolving disputes, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations to protect business interests effectively.

• Knowledge of corporate law and experience with drafting and negotiating contracts
• Skills in dispute resolution and providing legal advisory services
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and corporate governance
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with technology-driven legal platforms is a plus
• LLB or equivalent degree from an accredited law school and bar membership
