Role Description

This is a Hybrid on-site fulltime role located in Indore for a Corporate Recruiter. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent to fill diverse roles, engaging with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and building meaningful professional networks. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes to meet both IT and non-IT recruitment goals effectively.

Qualifications

Proficiency in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers

Experience of US IT Recruiter and non-IT recruiters with the ability to identify skilled candidates across diverse roles

Understanding of labor laws, workforce planning, and talent management principles

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle high-volume hiring requirements

Prior experience in recruiting for healthcare, finance, engineering, or education industries is a plus
