About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist who can hunt the right talent from any platform - job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, you name it. If there's a requirement, you don't wait - you source, screen, and submit. Speed, quality, and ownership define how you work.

What You'll Do

• Profile Sourcing - Proactively source candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and beyond). No single-channel dependency.
• CV Submissions - Screen and submit quality profiles against open requirements with quick turnaround.
• Candidate Relationship Management - Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline. Keep candidates engaged, informed, and excited about opportunities.
• Candidate Management - Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle — from first touchpoint to offer rollout. Track, follow up, and close.
• Quality Checks - Ensure every profile submitted matches the role requirement. No spray-and-pray. Precision over volume.
• Stakeholder Communication - Collaborate with hiring managers with clear, crisp, and proactive updates. Excellent written and verbal communication is non-negotiable.

What We're Looking For

→ 1–3+ years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment

→ Tech hiring knowledge is a must.

→ Proven ability to source from diverse platforms - not just job portals

→ Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills

→ Excellent communication — written and verbal

→ Highly organized with sharp attention to detail

→ Self-starter who takes ownership and moves fast
