Job Summary

The Corporate Communications Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing communications to foster transparency, alignment and engagement with corporate and frontline employees. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively represent the brand voice, tone and style in all communication initiatives. Additionally, the manager will:

  • Collaborate with various departments across the organization, including HR, Technology, and Operations, to effectively communicate new programs, processes and initiatives to relevant audiences through a multi-channel approach.
  • Manage and maintain internal and external communication channels, such as the intranet, email newsletters, social media and Unifi's news app, to facilitate efficient and effective communication.
  • Craft compelling profile pieces for our external newsletter, highlighting the exceptional contributions of our frontline team members by uncovering the unique stories behind their journeys and career growth at Unifi.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal and external communication initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to continuously improve employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced and North American corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated creativity and ability to think strategically, translating concepts into compelling and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with measurement and analytics tools to evaluate the impact of communications initiatives.
  • Video editing and/or graphic design experience a plus!

Location: Sector 49, Gurugram

Work Timings: 5:30pm - 2:30 pm
