Role Description

• Partnering with business and infrastructure functions.

You'll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe Domain, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.

• We are responsible for the digital transformation of 800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.
• Our tribe creates business value by establishing an integrated business customer view on the bank's data landscape. We focus on efficient and secure data provisioning and fosters data-driven innovation in areas such as marketing and sales. Moreover, the tribe enables data-driven processes and facilitates the development of scalable, reusable data products and smart pipelines.
• On that we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process.

Your key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for the scope in our data platform team, support various other squads in BizBanking area with access to the necessary data.
• Identify data sources needed for the business requirements and combine them effectifly
• Defining optimized data products for our data consumer
• Communicate evectifely with business, architecture, engineering team, and other stakeholders.
• Implement data governance and protection to adhere regulatory requirements and policies.

Your skills and experience

• Masters's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of technologies in data and cloud environments.
• The ability to combine the latest technologies to develop the best possible product that meets the requirements of the market and the strategic goals of our tribe.
• Great communication skills being able to identify and explain the pros and cons of complex technical solution to non-technical people.
• Support in the decision-making process on new solution and evaluate the possible business value and excellent problem-solving skills.
