We are seeking a highly skilled Core Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in the job market context of India. The Core Lead will be responsible for leading the development of core software systems and applications, ensuring the highest levels of quality and performance. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of core software systems and applications
Ensure the highest levels of quality and performance for all software deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and functionality
Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality software development practices
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, business partners, and technical teams
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team is using the latest best practices

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
4-6 years of experience in software development and project management
Experience in leading teams of software developers
Strong technical background in software development, including experience with Java, Python, C++, or other programming languages
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with agile development methodologies
Strong understanding of software development best practices
