Together Hospitality · Pune (Full-time)

CTC: ₹4–7 LPA

Experience: 2–5 Years (At least 1yr of Hospitality/F&B Copy Experience)

Reports to: Creative Director

Scope: Across all Together Hospitality brands

(Elephant & Co, Cobbler & Crew, Juju, Gather, Izipizi Street)

About the Role

This is not a caption-writing role.

As a Copywriter at Together Hospitality, you will shape how our brands sound across Instagram, campaigns, menus, events, and every customer touchpoint.

Each of our brands has a distinct identity, audience, and cultural space. Your role is to build and maintain those voices with clarity, consistency, and depth — without making them sound alike.

We are looking for a strong human writer with instinct, taste, and cultural understanding. This role is not suited for AI-dependent writing.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Social Copy
  • Write captions, reels copy, stories, event communication, and campaign copy across all brands
  • Maintain distinct tone of voice for each brand
  • Create copy that engages, evokes, and communicates clearly
  • Execute content requirements consistently within timelines
  • Collaborate closely with strategy and design teams
Brand Voice Ownership
  • Build and maintain tone-of-voice guidelines
  • Ensure consistency across all written communication
  • Develop vocabulary and writing systems unique to each brand
  • Support onboarding of freelancers and contributors on brand voice
Campaigns, Menus & Collateral
  • Write event names, launch communication, menu descriptions, and promotional copy
  • Create copy for print, packaging, signage, and in-venue touchpoints
  • Write WhatsApp and customer-facing communication
  • Ensure copy integrates seamlessly with design and visual direction
Research & Cultural Understanding
  • Stay deeply connected to hospitality, food, culture, and social trends
  • Understand the context and audience behind every brand
  • Continuously evolve writing references, language, and tone

What We're Looking ForExperience
  • 2–5 years in copywriting, content, or brand communication roles
  • Experience handling multiple brand voices
  • Strong social media and campaign writing experience
  • Hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or culture-led brand experience preferred

  • Natural, human, voice-led writing
  • Ability to shift tone across different brands and audiences
  • Strong clarity, rhythm, and emotional communication
  • Fast execution without compromising quality

  • Deeply curious about culture, language, hospitality, and storytelling
