THE ROLE

We're looking for a versatile and detail-driven Content and Copy lead who can strategize, craft, and deploy compelling, well-researched and brand-aligned content across multiple formats and channels. You own the voice and storytelling for Stahl across brand campaigns, social media, trade marketing, performance marketing and e-commerce. You'll lead content strategy and copy development, working closely with designers, production teams, influencers and partner agencies to create compelling, on-brand communication that drives engagement and conversions. This role blends creative vision with technical precision, covering everything from tone-of-voice development and SEO-driven copy to campaign ideation and content optimization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Content Strategy Development with brand aligned writing: Create and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with brand objectives, focusing on brand building, trade marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce. Produce clear, engaging, and technically accurate copy tailored to the Stahl brand's tone of voice.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, product descriptions) that resonates with the target audience and positions Stahl Kitchens as a premium brand with a clear, transformational role to play in Indian kitchens.
  • Multiple media touch-points: From print and packaging to social media, e-commerce platforms, advertising, events, and video content. You'll create and adapt work across multiple touch-points. This includes everything from brochures, digital ads, and marketplace listings to brand films, event branding, and internal communications, ensuring Stahl's presence is strong and consistent everywhere our audience interacts with us.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and the creative team on projects of varying scale. Liaise with content creators, influencers, and external agencies to develop cohesive and effective marketing campaigns. Work closely with digital marketing agencies to optimize content for SEO, ensuring high visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
  • Research, Strategy, and Content sourcing: Conduct high-quality research to strengthen messaging and ensure factual accuracy. Identify and source supporting imagery or media for content pieces.
  • Content Versatility: Write for a range of formats - web, print, campaigns, brochures, product catalogues, display ads, and social media.
  • Editing & Proofing: Review and refine copy to maintain clarity, consistency, and grammatical precision.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional copywriting experience preferably in B2C / D2C marketing for an FMCG / FMCD brand.
  • Strong body of work demonstrating versatility across mediums and industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize content strategies.
  • Precision in grammar, tone, and structure, across tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of brand building, trade marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
