About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter with a strong understanding of mainline advertising and digital communication. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Marathi, with the ability to craft compelling content across multiple platforms and formats.

This role requires someone who can think creatively, adapt to different brand tones, and manage content requirements for multiple brands in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, product descriptions, emailers, blogs, and other marketing collateral.
• Conduct research and gather relevant information to support content creation and campaign development.
• Collaborate with visualizers, art directors, and internal teams to conceptualize and refine creative ideas.
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, tone, and consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, digital platforms, and content best practices.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients whenever required.
• Handle and manage content requirements for 3–5 brands simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in copywriting within an advertising agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Marathi.
• Strong understanding of digital communication, especially social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
