Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Format Copywriting:

  • Conceptualise and write high-converting content across social media, ads, emails, landing pages, websites, brochures, and campaign scripts.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Work closely with designers and strategists to develop campaigns rooted in insight, not just trends or aesthetics.

Digital Activation & AV Scripts:

  • Build copy for digital activations, influencer-driven campaigns, and AV scripts and supervise their production end-to-end when required.

Content Calendar Development:

  • Create content buckets and topical content that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial audiences across platforms.

Copy Ownership:

  • Proofread and edit your own work to ensure high standards in grammar, clarity, tone, and brand voice before it reaches the client.

Social Media Strategy & Calendar

  • Lead the development of innovative and impactful social media strategies for multiple brands
  • Create monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives, events, and campaigns
  • Translate client briefs into actionable and inspiring creative direction
  • Ensure the strategic vision stays consistent across all content and campaign touchpoints

Content Planning & Collaboration

  • Plan, ideate, strategise and assist in executing engaging social media content across social media platforms
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to create content that resonates with audiences
  • Plan and manage monthly UGC and brand shoots, from concept and mood boards to execution
  • Ensure all content follows brand tone, messaging, and quality guidelines
  • Provide creative direction and strategic guidance to the internal team to ensure cohesive and impactful brand storytelling across social media
  • Assist in the execution and publishing of planned social media content, ensuring alignment with strategy, timelines, and platform best practices.

Strategic Messaging:

  • Adapt tone, storytelling, and messaging based on audience awareness levels, buying stages, and product sophistication.

Cross-Functional Strategy & Client Management

 • Present strategic proposals and creative concepts effectively to clients

 • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with strategic objectives and timelines

Trend Integration:

  •  Monitor social media trends, memes, and cultural moments and strategically incorporate them into relevant brand content.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure messaging remains consistent across all platforms and contributes to the evolution of brand tone, guidelines, and positioning.

Required Skills & Mindset:

* 1-3 years in a digital agency, working across multiple brands (MUST HAVE)

* Strong grasp of direct response copywriting fundamentals, including:

 * Stages of market awareness & sophistication

 * How to build personas, angles, unique mechanisms

 * Emotional and psychological triggers in buying behavior

* Portfolio that includes performance-driven copies (ads, landing pages, emails) and conceptual campaigns.

* Proven experience in writing and ideating content buckets and campaign plans.

* Ability to write for both brand and performance goals balancing tone with targets.

* Strong research skills you know how to dig deep into customer psychology, reviews, forums, and competitor ads.

* Bonus: Experience with scripts for digital AVs, reels, and branded short-form video content.
