Job Role: Copywriter/Sr Copywriter

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

  • We're looking for someone who understands how people actually speak, what makes them stop scrolling, what makes them share things with friends, and what makes a line stick in someone's head hours later.

  • Take a brief and push it somewhere more interesting than where it started. Sometimes the best ideas come from a random observation, a strange reference, or a thought that initially sounds slightly stupid until everyone in the room realises it's actually great.

  • Work closely with the Art team to build ideas together instead of treating copy and design like separate departments forced to sit next to each other. Around here, you'll see that the strongest work usually comes from people bouncing thoughts off each other, making things sharper together, and caring equally about the writing, the visuals, and the final impact of the work.

  • Write across formats, platforms, and brands without making everything sound the same. We want someone who enjoys figuring out the tone, rhythm, and personality every piece of communication needs.

  • Stay curious about culture, the internet, trends, conversations, films, comments sections, design, music, weird niche communities, and all the tiny things people are obsessed with this week. You don't need to chase every trend, but you should understand why people care about them in the first place.

  • Bring opinions into the room. Pitch thoughts. Question obvious routes. Fight for ideas when they deserve it, but also know how to move on gracefully when a direction changes. Advertising can be chaotic sometimes, and the people who do well here are usually the ones who stay excited about making the next thing better instead of getting stuck mourning the last thing.

  • Pay attention to craft because the small details matter more than people think. A good line can become forgettable if the timing is off by half a second. 

  • Contribute to brainstorms, campaigns, shoots, presentations, social content, and the occasional last-minute idea that somehow turns into the thing the client buys immediately. Great work rarely arrives in a perfectly organised way, so being adaptable matters.

What we're looking for:

Someone with good instincts, strong writing skills, and the kind of energy that makes people want to build ideas with them.

  • 1–3 years in advertising, social, content, or digital
  • Strong portfolio with personality and range
  • Comfortable writing across formats and platforms
  • Good conceptual thinking skills
  • Someone who collaborates well with art and strategy teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Awareness of internet culture and platform behaviour
  • Film, scriptwriting, or content creation experience is a bonus
