About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter with 3–5 years of experience in hospitality and lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in crafting compelling brand communication, campaign messaging, and consumer-facing content across digital and offline platforms. This role requires someone who understands premium brand tonality, experiential storytelling, and hospitality-led communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create campaign taglines and marketing copy for new campaign briefs
• Write engaging F&B promotional copy including beverages, signature dining experiences, and sustainable F&B initiatives
• Develop promotional and brand-led content for spa and wellness offerings including Svaastha Spa communication
• Write activity descriptions and engagement-led content for Happy Hub and customer experience initiatives
• Develop copy for hoardings, brochures, print collaterals, brand campaigns, and marketing assets
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and brand teams to conceptualize campaigns and communication strategies
• Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, and storytelling quality across all touchpoints
• Adapt content across digital, social media, print, and experiential formats

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in copywriting/content writing
• Prior experience working with hospitality and lifestyle brands is mandatory
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign copy, brand communication, F&B content, social media campaigns, brochures, and marketing collaterals
• Excellent command over English with strong storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities
• Ability to write premium, aspirational, and consumer-centric content
• Experience working closely with design, marketing, and branding teams
