Event Copywriter – Event & Experiential Agency

Gurgaon | Full-Time

We are hiring a creative and passionate Event Copywriter to join our experiential marketing team. If you can turn ideas into compelling narratives, create impactful event communication, and bring brand experiences alive through words — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write creative copy for:
• Event concepts & themes
• Brand activations
• Corporate events & experiential campaigns
• Pitch presentations
• Event scripts, AVs & show flow
• Social media and digital promotions
• Create engaging taglines, campaign ideas, and storytelling concepts
• Collaborate with conceptualizers, designers, and client servicing teams
• Understand client briefs and translate them into powerful communication
• Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across all deliverables
• Support ideation and brainstorming for new event concepts

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in event, experiential, advertising, or creative agencies
• Strong creative writing and storytelling skills
• Excellent command over English
• Ability to think conceptually and work on multiple brands/projects
• Experience in pitch and presentation content is preferred
• Ability to work under tight timelines and fast-paced environments
