Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Copywriter with 3 to 5 years of experience in creating clear, engaging, and persuasive written content across digital, marketing, and sales touchpoints. The role focuses on translating complex business offerings into simple, benefit-driven messaging that resonates with startups, enterprises, and large organizations.
You will work closely with marketing, SEO, design, and business teams to ensure consistency in brand voice, clarity in communication, and effectiveness across all content formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality copy for websites, landing pages, brochures, presentations, blogs, emailers, and social media.
- Develop clear, structured, and benefit-oriented messaging for business offerings and solutions.
- Ensure all written communication aligns with established brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to create content optimized for discoverability and engagement.
- Edit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
- Support marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and internal communication initiatives with effective copy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and convert them into compelling written communication.
- Adapt writing style based on platform, audience, and communication objective.
- Manage multiple content requirements simultaneously while meeting timelines.
- Continuously improve content quality based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving brand needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in copywriting or content writing roles.
- Proven experience writing for B2B brands or service-led businesses.
- Strong command of written English with excellent editing and proofreading skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO-friendly writing and keyword integration.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
- Experience working with marketing, growth, or brand teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
