Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter with 35 years of experience to craft compelling, accurate, and user-centric content across all communication channels. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and making healthcare simpler, warmer, and more relatable for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging and conversion-focused copy for:
- Website pages, app content and landing pages
- Social media posts and campaigns
- Emailers, newsletters and SMS/WhatsApp communication
- Internal communication, announcements and policy updates
- Sales collateral, presentations and case studies
- Blogs, articles and thought leadership pieces (healthcare-focused)
- Translate medical/healthcare concepts into simple, easy-to-understand and empathetic language
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice across platforms (premium, reassuring, credible, warm, human)
- Collaborate with marketing, design, growth, HR and product teams for ongoing campaigns
- Ensure accuracy while working with medical and clinical content experts
- Adapt content for different formats and audience segments (employees, HR leaders, doctors, partners)
- Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, consistency and compliance
- Contribute to campaign ideation, taglines, messaging frameworks and brand storytelling
Key Requirements
- 35 years of professional copywriting experience (preferably in healthcare, wellness, tech or B2B)
- Strong command over English with exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Ability to simplify complex information without losing meaning or accuracy
- Experience writing for digital platforms (web, social, app, email)
- Understanding of brand tone, audience psychology and conversion-focused writing
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and sensitivity to healthcare communication standards
- Comfortable working with designers, marketers, product managers and medical teams
Good to Have
- Experience in health-tech, insurance, pharma or wellness sectors
- Familiarity with UX writing / microcopy for apps and digital products
- Exposure to healthcare compliance and ethical communication standards
