Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Contract Recruiter in India.

This role sits at the heart of a high-impact, fast-paced talent acquisition function supporting critical hiring needs across life sciences and mission-critical infrastructure domains. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing specialized talent across technical and engineering roles within complex, regulated environments. Working closely with hiring managers across multiple regions, you will shape recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The position requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate across multiple time zones. You will contribute directly to scaling teams that support essential industries, where precision hiring has real operational impact. This is a hands-on contract role that blends strategy, execution, and global collaboration.

Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across APAC, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support for technical and engineering roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers in life sciences, biotech manufacturing, and data center teams to define hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage niche talent for specialized roles such as process engineers, validation engineers, QA/QC, MSAT, commissioning engineers, and MEP specialists.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and targeted market mapping strategies.
  • Develop regional talent insights including salary benchmarks, competitor analysis, and market availability across APAC regions.
  • Coordinate interviews across global stakeholders and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and contribute to recruiting reports, employer branding, and diversity hiring initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical, engineering, biotech, or mission-critical infrastructure hiring environments.
  • Proven experience recruiting for life sciences, biotech manufacturing, or data center and commissioning roles.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with expertise in identifying and engaging hard-to-find technical talent.
  • Experience supporting hiring across APAC regions and managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones and collaborate effectively in global, matrixed organizations.
