We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our People Solutions Team and support our Life Sciences hiring in the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for engineering roles within the life sciences and biotechnology spaces. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand industries and understands the unique requirements of biotech environments. This role is a one year contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support)
  • Partner with hiring managers in Life Sciences and Data Center teams to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Source niche talent for roles such as:
    • Biotech manufacturing (process engineers, validation engineers, QA/QC, MSAT, etc.)
    • Data center commissioning (Cx engineers, MEP specialists, commissioning managers, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping
  • Develop regional market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruiting reports
  • Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives across APAC
Qualifications:

  • 3-7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or engineering hiring
  • Proven experience recruiting in at least one of the following:
    • Life Sciences / Biotech Manufacturing
    • Data Center / Mission Critical Infrastructure
  • Experience supporting hiring across APAC regions (e.g., Singapore, Australia, Japan, South Korea, India, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying hard-to-find talent
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with the ATS system Lever and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for commissioning or validation roles
  • Understanding of GMP environments and/or mission-critical facility operations
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support multiple time zones
