About the Role:
We are looking for a enthusiastic and dynamic Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across business functions for a 1-year contractual role. The individual will partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to drive quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the assigned roles
- Partner with hiring managers on role understanding, candidate evaluation and hiring decision
- Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, market mapping and channel partnership
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain data hygiene and recruitment tracking through ATS and reporting tools
- Manage the resume database efficiently
Skills and Attributes for Success
- 5-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in in-house or search environments
- Experience hiring across business or non-technical (sales, strategy, growth) roles preferred
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and assessment skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication, ownership and execution orientation
- MS Office proficiency is preferred
