Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimise Service Cloud features
- Support case management workflows and automation
- Improve customer support processes

- Provide functional and technical guidance to stakeholders
Required Experience
- Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Experience configuring workflows, case routing, and automation
- Understanding of customer service operations
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Service Cloud certification
- Experience with omni-channel support
- Knowledge of reporting and dashboards
