Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimise Service Cloud features
  • Support case management workflows and automation

  • Work on integrations and enhancements
  • Provide functional and technical guidance to stakeholders

Required Experience

  • Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience
  • Experience configuring workflows, case routing, and automation
  • Understanding of customer service operations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Service Cloud certification
  • Experience with omni-channel support
  • Knowledge of reporting and dashboards
