The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle, including tendering, negotiation, execution, and closure, ensuring commercial protection and compliance across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate client and subcontractor agreements
- Manage tendering, bid submissions, and commercial proposals
- Interpret contract terms and ensure alignment with project execution
- Handle variations, claims, and change orders
- Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records
- Liaise with legal, finance, and project teams for compliance
- Monitor contract performance against obligations, timelines, and milestones
- Support dispute resolution and arbitration processes if required
- Ensure all contracts comply with regulatory and company policies

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Law / Commerce / Management
- 7–12 years of experience in contracts management (EPC/industrial projects preferred)
- Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC or similar frameworks (preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
