Contract Management Specialist - Manager

EMEA / UK Property Portfolio Experience is Mandatory

Responsible for overseeing contract management, financial forecasting, and supplier relationships to ensure value for money, compliance, and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities include Contract Management, Budget and Financial Management

Monitor contracts, including tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Prepare yearly budgetary forecasts for contracts and new initiatives.
