Contracts Engineer /K4
Min. experience - 7 to 10 years
Job description will include but not limited to the following.
- Managing contract works and tenders
- Managing the team of subordinates as guided by managers
- Preparation of BOQ items and Quantity Estimations.
- Contract variations and Contract billing.
- Monitoring the various Contractual works related to b Package.
- Preparation of progress report of site work and updation on weekly and monthly basis.
- Liaising with external agencies for various contractors for smooth flow of work.
- Preparing and reviewing documentations for regulatory approvals and contract issues.
- Attending regular multi-disciplined meetings to discuss projects with various government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualification : B.E./B.Tech/Diploma - Civil with experience of contracts/QS in Infrastructure projects.
