Our projects require tight commercial control, clear contracts, and accurate billing to ensure predictability for both management and contractors. As we scale execution, we are strengthening our billing and contract management capability on the developer side.

We are looking for a Billing & Contracts Engineer who can independently handle measurements, RA bills, variations, and basic contract drafting, and work closely with the Project Manager, GM, and consultants.

This role is critical to maintaining commercial discipline and transparency on site.

Key responsibilities include:

Billing & Measurement

Prepare and certify contractor RA bills and final bills

Verify measurements on site as per drawings and BOQs

Track quantities, rate deviations, and work done vs contract

Coordinate with site teams to ensure billing aligns with actual progress

Contracts & Commercials

Draft and review work orders, BOQs, and basic contract clauses

Assist in preparing new contracts, amendments, and variations

Track extra items, rate analysis, and change orders

Maintain proper documentation for claims, deductions, and recoveries

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with PMs, site engineers, consultants, and accounts

Support monthly cost tracking and cash flow planning

Maintain structured billing records and commercial trackers

Flag commercial risks, scope gaps, and billing mismatches early

Qualifications & Ideal Profile

510 years of experience as a Billing / Commercial Engineer in real estate or construction

Strong hands-on experience with measurements, BOQs, and RA billing

Ability to draft work orders and contracts (not just execute given formats)

Good understanding of RCC, finishing works, and subcontract packages

Comfortable with Excel, billing formats, and documentation systems

Clear written English (for contracts and email communication)

Detail-oriented, firm, and commercially aware

Mumbai-based; experience on redevelopment projects preferred

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys commercial clarity, control, and accountability, and wants to work directly with a developer team rather than through a contractor.
