Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Writer who can craft clear, concise, and user-focused content across digital touchpoints. This role involves creating impactful content for website pages, customer journeys, and CRM channels while ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

You will work closely with Product and Design teams to simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand communication, tailored to different user personas and stages of the customer funnel. The role requires a strong understanding of user behavior, attention to detail, and the ability to write both long-form and short-form content that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Write clear, concise, and compelling content for:

• Website pages (landing pages, product pages)
• Customer Journey (nudges, tooltips, error states, CTAs)
• CRM channels (WhatsApp, email, SMS)

2. Collaborate closely with Product and Design team.

3. Simplify complex topics (like insurance) into easy-to-understand, user-friendly content

4. Optimize content for different user personas and funnel stages

5. Support A/B testing by creating multiple content variations

6. Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand messaging

Must-Have Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in content writing / UX writing / copywriting
• Strong command over English (clarity + brevity is key)
• Ability to write both long-form (explanatory) and short-form (CTAs, nudges) content
• Understanding of user behavior and conversion-focused writing
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Design)
