- Write compelling property descriptions, project profiles, and promotional materials for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with brand tone and campaign goals.
- Conduct research on real estate trends, market insights, and competitors to produce informative articles and thought leadership pieces.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Prepare content for press releases, newsletters, and corporate communication.
- Manage and update content calendars to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in developing scripts for promotional videos, walkthroughs, and customer testimonials.
- Edit and proofread materials to maintain clarity, tone, and brand voice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication
- 24 years of experience as a content writer, preferably in real estate, architecture, interior design, or lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to simplify complex project details into engaging and persuasive content.
- Basic knowledge of CMS (like WordPress) and social media content strategies.
- Eye for detail, research skills, and creative storytelling ability.
