Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, original content for website pages, blogs, brochures, social media, email campaigns, and ad copies.
  • Write compelling property descriptions, project profiles, and promotional materials for residential and commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Conduct research on real estate trends, market insights, and competitors to produce informative articles and thought leadership pieces.
  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Prepare content for press releases, newsletters, and corporate communication.
  • Manage and update content calendars to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in developing scripts for promotional videos, walkthroughs, and customer testimonials.
  • Edit and proofread materials to maintain clarity, tone, and brand voice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication
  • 24 years of experience as a content writer, preferably in real estate, architecture, interior design, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to simplify complex project details into engaging and persuasive content.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS (like WordPress) and social media content strategies.
  • Eye for detail, research skills, and creative storytelling ability.
