*Core Responsibilities*
Create well-researched, original, and engaging content including blogs, property descriptions, website pages, newsletters, social media posts, and marketing campaigns.
Write clear, persuasive, and informative property listings and project descriptions for residential and commercial developments.
Develop SEO-optimized content to improve ranking, visibility, and website traffic.
Conduct market and competitor research to generate relevant content ideas.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to develop effective communication strategies.
Update and proofread existing content to maintain accuracy, quality, and brand voice.
Write scripts for promotional videos, virtual tours, and digital ads when needed.
Stay informed about real estate trends, legal terminology, and market updates.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a content writer, ideally in real estate or property marketing.
Strong understanding of real estate terminology, buyer journeys, and market dynamics.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to write in different tonesprofessional, conversational, persuasive, luxury, etc.
Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
