Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum5 years of hands-on experiencein social media management for consumer brands.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting and conceptualizing skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and Canva/Figma tools.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms and content best practices.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage the social media calendar based on monthly themes, special days, and celebrations, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
  • Identify audience segments, trends and opportunities to grow organic reach.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Conceptualize mb-stopping, platform-specific content (static, video, reels, stories, long-form, blogs).
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and video teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Oversee daily posting, community interactions and real-time engagement.

Brand Building & Community Management:

  • Build a strong, consistent, and relatable brand voice across all social platforms.
  • Monitor conversions, respond to queries, and manage online reputation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Engage with relevant communities, partners, influencers, and online groups.
  • Influencer pool management

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, follower growth, clicks, sentiment and conversions.
  • Analyse performance data to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.

Campaign & Collaboration Management:

  • Lead end-to-end social media campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Manage collaborations with influencers, creators, and brand partners.

Platform Expertise:

  • Stay up on algorithm changes, trending formats, new features, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new ideas, formats and content types to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Social Media Governance:

  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across platforms.
  • Manage social media crisis situations with sensitivity and timely response.
