Salary Range: 35,000 50,000/month

About the Role

Houseeo Realty is searching for a story-driven, trend-aware Content Writer who can write viral hooks, engaging scripts, educational content, and storytelling-based topics for real estate.

Your job is to make real estate fun, simple, entertaining, and full of personality.

You will work directly with the Creator, Videographer, and Marketing team to write content that drives inbound leads, followers, and brand growth.

Responsibilities

Write 1014 short-form scripts weekly (3045 sec Reels/Shorts/TikToks).

Write 2 long-form scripts weekly (YouTube educational videos, property tours, storytelling).

Research market trends, viral hooks, and competitor content.

Develop ideas for series, recurring formats, and high-engagement topics.

Write in a humorous, high-energy, friendly tone.

Convert complex real estate concepts into simple, relatable scripts.

Assist with video captions, headlines, CTAs, email content, and website text (as needed)
