About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging, original, and high-quality content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, blogs, and other marketing collaterals.
• Develop creative copies, captions, taglines, headlines, and campaign messaging aligned with brand tone and communication objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and creative teams to develop impactful campaign ideas and storytelling.
• Adapt writing styles and tones to suit different brands, audiences, and digital platforms.
• Research industry trends, audience insights, and brand requirements to develop relevant and engaging content.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Stay updated on social media trends, digital culture, and emerging content formats.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar creative role.
• A strong writing portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent written communication, grammar, and editing skills.
• Understanding of social media platforms, digital content formats, and audience engagement.
• Ability to write crisp, engaging, and impactful copy for different brands and communication needs.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think beyond the obvious and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic agency environment.

Good to Have

• Previous experience working in an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
• Familiarity with SEO writing and digital marketing content.
• Understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and creative storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of AI-assisted writing tools and content optimisation.
