About the Role
We are looking for a Content Writing Intern who loves writing, is curious about business and
education, and wants hands-on experience in SEO content, digital marketing, and social media.
You will be part of the marketing team and work closely with the Content and Social Media teams
to create content that reaches and engages working professionals exploring career growth and
executive education.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. SEO & Blog Content
● Write and publish SEO-friendly blogs on a daily basis for the company website.
● Research topics around executive education, career growth, leadership, AI, management,
technology, and professional upskilling.
● Create content around our partner institutes, programs, program launches, faculty,
industry trends, and learner journeys.
● Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify relevant content opportunities.
● Optimise blogs for search engines while keeping the content useful and engaging for readers.
● Work on titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and basic on-page SEO.
2. Social Media Content
● Work closely with the social media team to develop content ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram,
YouTube, and other platforms.
● Convert insights from blogs, programs, industry trends, and learner stories into social media
content.
● Help develop hooks, captions, carousels, short-form content, and other content formats.
● Stay updated on trending topics and content formats relevant to working professionals.
3. Content Research & Ideation
● Research education, career, business, AI, leadership, and industry trends.
● Identify new topics and content opportunities that can drive organic traffic and engagement.
● Work with the marketing team to build and maintain a content calendar.
● Collaborate with SEO, design, performance marketing, and social media teams.
What We're Looking For:
● Excellent written and spoken English.
● Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
● Ability to research a topic and turn information into clear, engaging content.
● Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
● Strong attention to detail and grammar.
● Curiosity about business, careers, technology, AI, management, and education.
● Ability to write consistently and meet daily deadlines.
● Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. as part of the content
creation process.
● A proactive mindset — someone who doesn't wait to be told what to write.
