Designation - Content Writer

Role Overview

BYLD Group works with some of India's leading organisations on leadership development, behavioural training, and workforce transformation

We are looking for a B2B Content Writer who can take a well-constructed brief and turn it into content that is sharp, structured, and genuinely useful to a senior HR or business leader. This is an execution-first role, you will work closely with the marketing team, write across formats, and build a strong body of work in a rich and intellectually engaging content space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write long-form B2B content, blogs, thought leadership articles, and service/landing pages, across our brands.
  • Develop content from clear briefs provided by the marketing team, including keyword targets, outline direction, and audience context
  • Apply SEO best practices: natural keyword integration, logical heading structure (H1–H3), and readability optimisation
  • Write LinkedIn-native content, posts and article snippets, for a professional, senior audience
  • Proofread and self-edit rigorously before submission; consistency and accuracy are non-negotiable
  • Manage 2–4 content pieces per week across concurrent briefs without missing deadlines

Key Requirements (Must-Have)

  • 1–2 years of B2B content writing experience
  • Proven long-form writing ability (1000–2500+ words), blogs, website copy, or whitepapers
  • Working knowledge of SEO content fundamentals, keyword usage, structure, readability
  • Excellent written English with strong editing instincts
  • Ability to simplify complex business or HR concepts for a professional audience

Good to Have

  • Prior experience writing in L&D, HR, consulting, or training verticals
  • Comfort writing for LinkedIn and professional B2B audiences
  • Basic familiarity with CMS tools like WordPress
  • Portfolio that includes both short-form and long-form samples

What Success Looks Like

  • Day 1–30: Understand our brands, tone of voice, and audience personas. Deliver your first 2–3 pieces with feedback cycles.
  • Day 31–60: Hit weekly output targets independently. Content requires minimal revision before publishing.
  • Day 61–90: Begin contributing brief-level inputs, headline variants, topic ideas, and structure suggestions, beyond pure execution.
