Your Role:
As the Content writer, you will be tasked with write original copy and content across different formats (web, video, social media, ads) to drive growth and scaling up online brand presence of BSL & its subsidiaries (VISOF, DAG, FleetRobo, GSTRobo) .
Create and deliver engaging marketing communications by research, co-ordination, and relevant Industry knowledge.
What you will do:
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- In-depth understanding of target profile and come up with engaging content for the defined personas.
- Develop, organize, and write eBooks, blogs, case studies, social media content, newsletters and any other relevant marketing content by gathering information from subject matter experts, analysts, and secondary research.
- Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, meets marketing teams needs and deadlines.
- Focused on synthesizing and explaining complex topics. Evoke emotion creating action and generating demand.
- Work collaboratively with the content team, graphic designers, analysts, and Subject Matter experts.
- Evaluate content and develop improvements.
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Proofread and edit blog posts before its publication. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Update website content as and when required.
- Research and recommend usage of images, lists, charts, infographics, and headings to increase usability and enhance content.
- Use of creative hashtags for targeting the trending keywords in sync with brand SOP
- Assist the social media team in creating and publishing content
- Maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand personality throughout all content.

The skills you need to bring along-
- 5+ years of B2B writing experience preferred
- Degree (BTech/MCA)
- Technology knowledge of B2B software space is must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail and timelines
- Demonstrated aptitude for acquiring and comprehending complex material and topics.
- A teamwork attitude, willing to take on extra tasks and see them through.
