We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Content Writer Associate who truly understands the power of video in paid marketing. A performance-driven scriptwriter who understands what makes people stop scrolling and click

This is not a blog/content marketing role.

Your core responsibility will be writing high-converting video ad scripts for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube. If you think in hooks, retention curves, and clear CTAsand you enjoy optimizing creatives based on performance data this role is for yo

What You'll do

• Do:Write short- and mid-form video ad scripts
• Create multiple variations for A/B testing
• Craft scroll-stopping hooks (first 23 seconds matte
• Optimize scripts based on CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CVR
• CPLCollaborate closely with performance and video

Must-Have

• Have:24 years of experience in performance/video ad scriptwriting
• Experience working with performance marketing teams
• Ability to iterate based on real ad data
