Who We're Looking For

A Content Strategist who's got the skills to create thumb-stopping, binge-worthy content across

social media, websites, newsletters for brands in art and cultureYou'll own content strategy, write killer copy, and work with designers to bring your ideas to life

Your superpowers:

You think BIG: coming up with fresh, strategic content ideas that push creative boundaries.

You can turn any concept into a compelling story: whether it's a case study, an explainer video,

or a killer social post.

You understand dierent digital platforms and know how to tailor content to each one.

You're organised AF: juggling multiple projects while keeping quality top-tier.

You know the power of research: staying on top of trends, industry shifts, and global brand

moves.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop creative content strategies that align with client goals and business objectives.

Write killer scripts for short and long-form videos

Own and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and growth.

Lead brand storytelling by ensuring creative ideas are engaging, on-brand, and eective.

Collaborate with designers and external vendors to bring your vision to life.

Spot and leverage content trends to make brands stand out.

Stay ahead of the curve with industry best practices and emerging tech

In some cases, craft high-quality content for blogs, websites

What You Bring to the Table

3-4 years of experience (ideally in a top advertising agency).

Sstrong social media game (you know what makes thumb stopping content)

An obsession with great copywriting and a knack for storytelling.

Deep love for art and culture (this will definitely set you apart)

The ability to think visually (understanding how design and content work together)

A sharp eye for trends, pop culture, and digital innovation.

Solid research skills: you know how to reference the best and make it better.

Bonus Points if You Have:

Experience working with B2C/D2C brands

Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing

Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite

Good understanding of third-party tools like Hootsuite etc

Penchant for staying abreast with AI tools
