Role Overview:
We are looking for a Content Strategist with experience in building personal brands and company presence on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end LinkedIn content strategy from narrative building and content planning to execution, growth, and analytics driving visibility, engagement, authority, and inbound business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Strategy & Positioning
- Build and execute high-impact LinkedIn content strategies for founders, CXOs, and brand pages.
- Develop strong personal brand narratives aligned with leadership positioning and business goals.
- Define brand voice, tonality, and storytelling frameworks for consistent communication.
Content Creation & Planning
- Plan monthly and quarterly LinkedIn content calendars.
- Write and edit high-performing LinkedIn posts, carousels, short-form thought leadership, and storytelling content.
- Conceptualize formats for organic growth: storytelling posts, insights, trends, case studies, frameworks, and POV content.
Growth & Engagement
- Drive organic follower growth, impressions, engagement, and inbound leads.
- Implement community engagement strategies including commenting frameworks, DM flows, and network-building tactics.
- Scale founder profiles and brand pages from low visibility to high reach and authority.
Performance & Analytics
- Track content performance metrics: impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, saves, profile visits, and inbound leads.
- Run A/B testing on hooks, formats, and posting strategies to optimize growth.
- Build data-backed insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute LinkedIn content-led lead generation campaigns.
- Align organic content with paid LinkedIn campaigns for maximum impact.
- Support hiring, partnerships, sales, and employer branding through content strategy.
Team & Workflow Management
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and writers for smooth content production.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and brand consistency.
